Love beauty pie skin care - customer service has always been very helpful

You have to pay to buy a product, you are only allowed to buy a certain amount of product, and then you have to pay to ship your product. Beauty Pie is a great idea bringing you high end products at affordable prices, but then it’s like they really don’t want you to buy them. I wanted to buy several more products but wasn’t allowed unless I paid a higher membership price. I’m not sure. I’m over my mom telling me how I can spend my money.

I am very happy and excited that I joined Beauty Pie. After my first order, I know I have to upgrade my membership. So excited for what the future will bring with Beauty Pie.

I haven't tried very many of their products, but what I have used.... I enjoy! No reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

My only reservation is the international banking fees I'm charged each time I purchase something and when my membership is charged. I often purchase things from England and I don't get charged for using my bank card on an international site.

I'm hooked. I've been a Beauty Pie member for several months and keep increasing my membership minimum. All of the products have been fantastic from skincare to makeup. Very happy to have discovered this gem of a company.

I don’t like the way the experience is set up, where a subscription fee buys a (supposed) discount on a limited amount of product. I think the shipping cost is too high. Not one product I tried was of a quality or a value that made it worth the hassle. I *definitely* wouldn’t pay the (supposed) full price of the items offered on the site. Nothing suggested it was worth that amount. I’ve had better experiences with drugstore products. Over all, very disappointing.

The quality of the products is astonishing and truly what I’ve paid three times more for at Sephora. I recently got the Japanfusion cleanser and the way it melts off makeup and turns into a milky substance is so innovative and I’m obsessed! The eye crayons are incredible and the candles smell like $65 ones except they’re $14! I love this concept, the company is just awesome. I would like to see free and/ or faster shipping options to the US but other than that I’m super pleased and love it!
