Minus 1 star: Confusing to understand the business model. Next to impossible to explain to others. I’m charged a monthly fee plus I have to pay for the products and shipping. But I’m only allowed to order a certain amount per month. Clear as mud. Minus 1 star: They don’t send an email when I’m charged the monthly fee. So I don’t know when I’m getting charged. Minus 1 star: products are consistently out of stock. Takes a ridiculously long time to get back in stock. The products are fine. I like that it explains what each product does. But since they are unavailable many times and my limit is so low, I am left annoyed with the brand.

I appreciate the customer service, and the ease of the website. It is obvious how much care and thought had gone into this brand and the ethos of the company is one I can get behind. Can’t wait for the app to come out some day!

I love all of Beauty Pie’s offerings. It is obvious that they scour the earth for the best available and we reap the benefits with glowing skin and on-point cosmetics. I save so much going through their membership!! I look forward to my monthly selections....it’s like having a birthday every month!

I don't know how I survived without Beautypie! Their products are amazing, customer service is amazing and their prices are unbeatable.

I am very pleased with the new Resveratrol Capsules. I was already in love with the Vitamin C Capsules and now both are favorites to repurchase. My skin is very, very soft and bright. I appreciate the ability to purchase high quality products at a quite reasonable price. My only request would be to produce the capsules at twice the size since I am using them on my face, neck, decolletage, arms and back of my hands.

I wish you could have more stock when you introduce new products. It seems like a lot of stuff is out of stock. It is super disappointing.
