Two orders in - so far everything is great! Arrives quickly, packaged beautifully, skin care works just as well or better than other prestige brands I have used!

The concept is terrific. The execution leaves a few details unsolved. My order consisted of brow gel, concealer, hair conditioner, and 3 lip colors. Of those lip colors, 2 out of the 3 did not look good on me. After comparing the photographs, arm swatches, and descriptions, I thought I had nailed 3 good lip products for me. Upon arrival, I noticed that the descriptions and photographs do not show the lip colors accurately enough. Until samples of lip colors are available, I’m unsure of what to try next. Thank you-
