Loved all of the products I chose! The site was very descriptive and helpful with info I needed to make my choices. Very fast shipping!

There's no way to cancel your membership online or it's hidden deep in the site. I checked the section and the "how to cancel" article doesn't actually tell you what to do to cancel. It's just tells you you can "cancel at anytime" after 3 months. That 3 month minimum was NEVER disclosed upfront. I can't find a contact number to call to cancel my membership "at anytime". All I'm able to do is send an email and wait 24-48 hours. According to laws in the state where I live, any company that allows you to sign up for a recurring subscription online MUST allow you to cancel online. So they're not even compliant with state laws.

Terrific products at fabulous prices (including the membership and shipping fees). I'd throw in a 5th star if I could order items that were out of stock, having them delivered (at no additional charge - it's not my fault that they're out of stock) when they were available.

I not only saved money, but I received a great product! I didn’t hit it completely out of the park with the color choice, but that’s in me and I know now!!

Frustrating to stay under the buying limit. I really don’t want to shop and find out my third item puts me over the limit. Too soon to rate the products.

This is the best thing ever if you are a skincare or makeup junkie/enthusiast! You won’t find a better deal than this, even at the drugstore! I love it love it!
