Love the skincare I’ve use. Unfortunately the fact that I would not be able to cancel or downgrade a membership until I was locked in and committed to the one chosen for 3 months was not clearly communicated. When I asked for a downgrade in membership I was denied the request. I understand that’s how your company works but I think it needs to be more clearly stated when people sign up. Also, I wasn’t wanting to cancel just downgrade due to budgetary and financial concerns with our house. I’m not a big fan of the flexibility in how you serve your customers

I loved every product I tried. I found beauty pie when I was listening to a Rachel Hollis podcast. I was sold right away. Knowing that she takes the time to find out what goes in to every product and cares about what we are putting on our bodies. And then to take the time and effort to bring those products to us for so much cheaper is amazing. I have already recommended all my friends to try it out.
