Loved everything that came in the box😻

I like how the site is organized, it is easy to find the products I want, and it's also easy and fun to just browse around. One thing that could be better explained is that your allowance is based on the typical price, not member price (I was confused when I first joined because I had pored over the FAQs and hadn't realized that). Another suggestion, at least for skincare, is to include how a given product specifically targets different skin concerns. For example, I tried comparing the four different types of capsules and had a hard time differentiating what one did over another, so I just took a stab and ordered one (which I happen to love, luckily!) -- I didn't want to have to research the different active ingredients to try to understand which would be best for me. Thanks and keep up the great work; I plan to be a customer for long time!

The products are great! The business model is motivating. The user experience is clunky and difficult. Make that better and I’d buy more.

I have only received one box so far so I may change my rating in the future! I wish there were more explanations i.e. piedays on the website. Products are awesome, shipping is pricey and the website has a short learning curve.

I love your products but the barrier to purchase and the customer service support is very rough. Two times I've had issues after transitioning back to your site from PayPal. I've conveyed that I think there is a mobile interface issue and never really got a good reply or great service back. First order, I ended up with two orders because the first one I received an error transitioning back that my cart was empty when in fact the order had completed. So I redid the order thinking it had failed. When I looked for assistance to cancel or return one, I got very reluctant help after multiple emails. As it was, I love the product so I ended up keeping it but I will more than likely cancel when my 3 month is up because of these issues and lack of good support and actual investment in solving the issue.
