Please accept my sincere apologies! I understand you accidentally ordered the incorrect product and reached out to our team to amend this. I'm afraid we have a very short window in which we can cancel and amend orders. The packing slip is printed at our warehouse within moments of the order going through. This keeps our warehouse efficient and gets your order to you as quickly as possible. If something like this happens again in future, I'd suggest to reach out to us via live chat or our phone lines which is our top contact priority. Unfortunately, due to the amount of contact we receive via email, we weren't able to get to your query straight away and it was too late at this time. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your concerns about our packaging. While we do utilize glass in some of our products however we are actively exploring more sustainable packaging options across our entire range. Where we do use plastic, we prioritize recyclable options whenever feasible. We’ve also chosen plant-based inks and recyclable and recycled board for our cartons and do our best to avoid metallics and foil due to their environmental impact. We're still not perfect, but we always try to make the best choices and push for better options with our suppliers. Hi there, I'm sorry to hear the Superluminous Undereye Genius you purchased didn't have the results you hoped for! You may like to try using the warmth of your finger to apply a thin layer under the eye. Applying an eye cream before will also help with an easy application!
