Really impressed with Beauty Pie. The customer service is first class and the products are great! I highly recommend.

I had been debating on whether or not try Beauty pie for awhile and saw that one of my favorite YouTubers Natural Kaos uses it. She focuses on anti aging and her reviews are ALWAYS honest. She loves beauty pie so I decided to give it a try. One week in and I am loving all of my products. I giving the Retinol serum, triple hyaluronic serum and the super drops. All are AWESOME! The packaging is very simple and sleek and the instructions are very clear. The ingredients are that of a luxury brand. Can’t wait to try more products! Also, I live in the US and shipping was surprisingly fast!

This company has really pulled the wool over customers eyes. I’ve ordered thousands of dollars of products and have been unimpressed by the majority. 3 out of 4 items are just not great and absolutely don’t compare to what the company says they compare to. I’m a professional makeup artist and esthetician so I can test Beauty Pie’s products against professional and high end items and they just are not on the same level of refinement despite Beauty Pie’s claims. I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of items for Christmas gifts and almost everything in the box arrived broken or the boxes smashed. Beauty Pie refused to give any refund or replacements despite photo evidence of damage. They wanted me to pay for the shipping to send them back SHATTERED GLASS from the broken items. I finally gave up dealing with their non-helpful customer service and just took a complete loss. I will never recommend Beauty Pie to anyone based on the way they treat their customers. They lock you in to a terrible subscription service and provide subpar items you can’t return.

Fast shipping and a lot of options. I removed one star because the powders didn't have a foundation match feature like the liquids and I think that'd be a nice addition for people who don't use liquid foundation and it's a bit hard to match colors on brow pencils, etc. Also, one item on my wishlist would be some hair shampoos/serums with some DHT fighting ingredients for those of us women who are experiencing hormonal hair loss! There are a lot of women with this issue and it's hard to find quality products and cut through the BS reviews!

They have been absolutely amazing in helping with a customized regimen for me ~ all of the products I have gotten so far are wonderful! I honestly already have noticed a positive difference in only two weeks! Thank you Marcia and the Rise podcast for informing me of this great company!!!
