Love the products. The website has been problematic since the first day, otherwise it would be 5 stars. I've been unable to access checkout and had the items go out of stock. Other times i could not get the website to work at all.

Products are pretty good but I feel like a few things could use improvement: - Users should be able to add to orders that haven't shipped yet - If a user has an annual membership already it would be nice for all the "upgrade now" messaging on the site to not show

Thank you for your review, our warehouse have received an exceeded amount of orders over the last few weeks and are working on skeleton staff at the moment due to social distancing rules as well as government Covid-19 advice, this unfortunately means it's taking longer than usual to get your order out to you. We do not class weekends as business days in order allow them a chance to recharge and reset ahead of each busy week. It’s not that the user experience is bad. Navigation etc is top-notch. The issues I have are twofold. The product descriptions are not helpful: sugar-coated/gimmicky/cutesy/sales-y. I don’t really understand what the products are intended for until I read the inci list. Second, I wish there was a search based on what’s left on your spending limit. Besides those- checkout is easy. Creating a profile- easy. Knowing where you are within the site and how much is left in your spending limit-crystal clear.
