I’ve loved the products so far, and when I had a question, it was answered quickly! Aside from the great products, I love that BP has openly committed to fighting inequality. I am looking forward to seeing their contribution ❤️

The Beauty Pie experience was easy fro start to delivery. Tried skin care and hair care products first, but plan to add to that and try some makeup.

I find Beauty Pie to be excellent! Wonderful products, and great customer service!

I have not been wowed by any of the products. An item was left out of my box, and my first experience with customer service was excellent and they corrected right away. My second interaction with customer service was in regards to canceling or lowering my membership after my job was impacted by coronavirus, and I was not appreciative of the generic response I received. I think the webpage should be more transparent that if you chose to cancel within 14 days, you will be asked to pay full price on what you ordered. I also think it should be more clearly indicated that you can not change The type of membership you selected for 3 months.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear our products weren't everything you had personally hoped for and we are sorry to hear an item was missing in your first order. It's great to hear our customer service team were able to resolve this quickly for you and that you were happy with their response. Please note that the 14 day cooling period allows you to cancel your membership within 14 days for a refund if you have not placed an order yet. If you have placed an order, you can return it to us with the products unused and we will be more than happy to refund you for the order and the membership fee and cancel your membership for you. This information is explained clearly in our Terms and Conditions you must agree to when signing up with Beauty Pie and also in the FAQ's section of our website. As you had used the products, you could no longer return them to receive a refund within the 14 day cooling period. Therefore it is a 3 month minimum membership and so we explained that if you contact us in your third month of membership, we'll be happy to cancel this for you! We are really sorry for any confusion surrounding this and I have passed on your feedback to see if we can make this even clearer on our social channels in future. Thanks again for your feedback. Kind regards, Nikki

Love Beauty Pie products. The membership is a little annoying honestly. Wish I had a higher spending limit but not willing to pay extra to get it so I buy less than I would if their were no limits. Seems counterintuitive to limit sales this way as the more people who buy stuff the better is always the business model-I’m hard pressed to see how limiting a customers spending makes Beauty Pie more money. Somethings fishy there from a company perspective....buyers clubs only work in monopolies so it’s a gimmick I don’t enjoy as a customer. Wish they would just offer membership at one price but stop with the spending limit. Allow me to spend more money if I want. How is forcing a limit good! I do love the products for skincare-not so into the makeup but I need to try more before saying the makeup side isn’t for me. Packaging is simply but nice, shipping is quick-just wish I could buy what I wanted without limits.

I have been a member for only a month and I’m so happy I decided to join. All the products I’ve ordered are great, from moisturizers to sunscreen to treatment. I already upgraded to be able to buy more and I’m receiving this month’s order on Saturday. Love everything, thank you.
