Hi there, We're sorry to hear you haven't loved some of the products you tried recently. With the foundation, you may like to try using a hydrating moisturiser first to prep the skin, or you may like to try our Superluminous Tinted Skin Glow Serum which will provide some coverage but also leaves a more luminous finish than the foundation. Our LED mask, it is always best practice to use the mask until the charge is at zero and then charge the mask fully (until all three LEDs on the controller are illuminated indicating that the mask is fully charged). How the mask is stored is also important. We recommend storing the mask in a dry place in the dust bag to prevent the mask being exposed to any harsh environmental conditions. The mask should be stored away from any damp or humid environments as this can affect the battery and also cause the mask to discolor over time.
