Overall good value for the products. I like that they constantly add new items each season. Positive customer experience. When I had issues with some orders (candle arrived broken), they resolved the issue promptly.

My skin has improved significantly since I started using Beauty Pie's products. I have purchased many facial, body and makeup products and all of them have proven to be exceptional. I especially love the sleeping oil. My sister started using Beauty Pie after trying them out after spending a week at our house. We appreciate the pure ingredients and tremendous savings.

I placed an order July 1, 2021. I have not received my purchase, tracking information or updates from Beauty Pie. Customer service agents (2 interactions) were nice; but, unhelpful. I was told my order was "being watched" and my request to simply have the order reshipped with tracking information was denied. I am thankful I used Paypal and really disappointed I did not get to discover if Beauty Pie's products live up to their hype. August 1, 2021 Update - My order was re-sent and BP provided a small bonus for my wait and frustration. I received my products and must say I absolutely love what I have used so far. I will provide additional feedback for individual products and am glad I found Beauty Pie.

I am so glad that I signed up to be a Beauty Pie member, not just for the amazing discounts but for the articles and advice regarding skincare, makeup and wellbeing. The products themselves are very good quality that have been researched and developed by professional experts. Orders are despatched promptly and beautifully wrapped in the signature pink Beauty Pie packaging. Customer Service are very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

I think the idea of Beauty Pie is pretty great, but the customer experience is pretty negative. The structure of the service is far too restrictive, and feels a bit exploitative — one is required to pay for at least three months, users don't get an alert when their next monthly "re-up" comes around, meaning that if you aren't proactive about marking your calendar and logging in, you might just end up paying them month after month, and getting nothing in return. Finally, the spending limits, based on membership tier, are extremely limiting, and feel arbitrary. Why am I only allowed to buy two products? Because in some other universe they would cost a lot more money? It doesn't make any sense. Finally, shipping is $8 on every order. So, every order costs a minimum of $18 (monthly fee, plus shipping) before you even buy anything. I am quitting as soon as I am able, which, unfortunately, is not until next month, because of the draconian three-month minimum membership requirement. I would stay away. Do not join.

We are so sorry to hear that our three month minimum requirement was not made more clear from the start and for any confusion caused. We do state that there is a three month minimum on our join page as well as in our Terms and Conditions upon joining. The monthly renewals are on the same date each month (which is the date you active the membership) and you can view your next renewal under the 'my membership' section on your account. After the three month minimum term has been completed, we can cancel the membership for you by reaching out to our team.
