I love your products, appreciate the packaging, and really enjoy the business model. BUT. Shipping is an issue out here on the west coast of the US. Waiting up to two weeks for FedEx packages to wend their way out here is sooooo painful, not to mention probably not great for the products! I have started shelling out more for overnight shipping but a fulfillment center somewhere in the west coast would be HUGE for us out here!!!!

I have been very happy with almost all of the products I've received from Beauty Pie. There were a couple that I liked what I was currently using better, but they are few and far between. I get frustrated when I run out of things and don't have enough in my account to purchase again. Waiting for the next month isn't always optimal. These few little aggravations are small potatoes. I went to Ulta last week and purchased two eye pencils and some sponges. I left paying over $60. That made me appreciate Beauty Pie.

The candles are overpriced at the discounted rate if $20. The plantastic cream is nothing special and reminds me of Ponds.
