We listened to member feedback in relation to using less packaging, and we’ve not only achieved that, but we’ve ensured our products are better protected and processed by us more efficiently! Our new ‘void fill’ packaging is 100% recyclable and offers improved product protection for each order; much less material use overall; and increased packing efficiency at our warehouse.

I would have given 5 stars however my favorite Japanfusion deep treatment serum has been out of stock since last November. Im still waiting for it. I like how you frequently come out with new products. I like everything I have ever ordered. No overall complaints. I like your member prices it gave me a great opportunity to try many different products. My order for this survey was the super healthy skin body cream, I have ordered this several times, I use it after every shower. It’s smells great and is very hydrating and has a great member price. I have ordered this many times. I also purchased the Dr Glycolic peel socks. I have yet to try them. I’m sure they will be great!

I have been waiting for a $19 refund…
I have been waiting for a $19 refund almost a year now. They refuse to answer me when I write them. The product they never sent me is literally sitting in my account as an unfulfilled order. Which tells me they don't pay attention to their back orders that they haven't fulfilled. When I received the order in question. It was obvious that someone had gone through and pulled that product out. The paper was ripped and there was a space where the product once was packed. I have sent them photos, and they still won't pay me back or answer my inquiries about it. My problem with beauty pie is their business practices, not their products. I spend at least $300 every time I make an order so I know they can give me a $19 credit. Or they could send me the product I originally ordered. I'm not sure I will remain a beauty pie customer even though I've been a beauty pie customer for years, almost since they started. I stuck with them when they took away all my points and made me go to an expensive yearly membership. Which is hugely overpriced. So my issue with beauty pie is not with their products it's that they refuse to pay me back for a product they never sent. AND their membership cost is too high. I've recommended them to a number of my friends, and they said that the membership fee was way too high so they didn't become members. I would leave a great review if they would pay me back for the product they never sent me and respond to my inquiries about the refund. So until then, one star.
