I love this company....great choice of products, wonderful trying out new things, customer service exemplary. A number of their products now part of my regular routine...... lip oils for myself and great as gifts, face masks are always in my shopping basket along with the anti aging hand cream to name a few.

I love Beauty Pie! The skin care is phenomenal and the make up is just as wonderful. If you are a product junky like me you’ll love Beauty Pie. The quality is outstanding and the prices are so affordable. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin recently thanks to my BP products and I love it because I struggled so much with cystic and painful acne in my twenties.

The prices for the luxury items are spectacular I have never bought skincare and been satisfied with all aspect of it the ingredients , how my skin looks and the items themselves they come in glass beautifully packaged I would never go back to regular retailer beauty pie is my forever store

Placed my order 11/29/21 and to this date I am still waiting. Had to contact customer service several times to get any kind of resolution. When my replacement order was placed I was told I would get a confirmation email. Never received so had to call back and was told they forgot. Then the same thing happened with the shipping confirmation email, had to call again for this and request and was told “they probably forgot to send”. The people I spoke to were very pleasant but the follow through was just NOT good. Having to call back and request things again and again after being told it would be taken care of is annoying and made me feel like I was annoying them. After spending several hundred dollars this is not the shopping experience I was hoping for 🤷🏻♀️

I can confirm that automatic confirmations/ dispatch orders are not sent for replacements as our system does not have this functionality. However, we are so sorry to hear that these were not sent out manually due to human error. We have passed your comments to the Member Happiness Team to ensure this does not happen in the future. Customer service is excellent! I had an issue with my order and dealt with Isabel who was kind and friendly and resolved the issue immediately . So far all products ordered are high quality and luxurious . Great Company !
