So far I have been impressed by Beauty Pie. All of the products I have received lived up to their claims. I have managed to order 3 times in 6 weeks as I’ve finished my existing products from other brands. Couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with my purchases. Everything arrived quickly and came as gorgeously wrapped little surprise to keep them safe which made me even happier! All my products have met or exceeded my expectation. Although I knew I would like all my purchases I am especially surprised at how much I love the lip crayon! The color is beautiful and it feels so elegant on my lips. Everything was priced so low I'll be able to buy more items soon too! That way I'll have more little wrapped pink Beauty Pie packages arriving regularly to make me happy! Thanks Beauty Pie! JL

I purchased a $10 day pass and placed my order on Dec 9 2021. Today is Dec 25, 2021. I never received it. I have no products to gift and no products to review. I won't be a return customer let alone a member of this "service". EVER. I should have paid attention to the **7 PAGES OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS**. How many times do you need to "Promise to investigate this" before you actually investigate your shipping delays and lack of customer service? How many times do you need to say "This is outside of our normal delivery time" before you address it? That's just bad business. Yes, it's the holiday season and yes we're in a pandemic, but it's been over 18 months and the majority of other retailers have managed to figure it out just fine. Again, bad business. As for the "Happiness Team", don't make promises about customer service response times and then excuse yourselves for a lack thereof by saying that you only have "X" number of employees on said team. *On June 18 2020 you recommend that customers reach out to customer service for help with all of their product questions and recommendation needs. *On July 10 2020 you excuse your lack of customer service with the response that you only have 5 employees in this department. You have enough time and employees to guide people into spending more money but not enough to help the customers with money already spent??? The running theme? Bad business. Repeatedly inferring a lack of customer intelligence by questioning who they're emailing and at what email address in a public forum rather than emailing them directly? Bad business AND disrespectful. I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back rather than deal with the "Happiness Team" (their version of customer support). Lesson of the day for Beauty Pie? It's easier to keep a customer than to gain a new one. Business 101.

I like idea of Beautypie more than the actual products. Great website. Great visuals and packaging can’t be faulted. But I often find that I’m underwhelmed by the products and particularly don’t like the way some of the skin products smell.

Love all the products I’ve tried! Great value.

I have placed several orders with beauty pie but each time it's gotten a little worse. I ordered some products to come for Christmas at the beginning of November and my account said the order was being reviewed before being processed. After a few weeks of it being "reviewed" we finally reordered the products we were looking at. This order processed but has said it is on its way to the DHL distribution center for two weeks. We contacted customer service and they say they sent out a new order, but a new order has not appeared on our account. We started using beauty pie over a year ago but the quality of service with processing orders, shipping, pricing of goods has gotten worse over time. Great idea but probably expanded and grew faster than they could handle.

I haven't tried a product I didn't like. They are all great and top quality. The membership is well worth it.
