Love your products!

I love how easy the website is to navigate and how products are broken down into categories and sub- categories. I find it makes all the products less intimidating and overwhelming to navigate. I think shipping takes a little long (but I’m keeping in consideration the pandemic) my only con with my beauty pie experience is the shipping charge of your order is not $80 or more. I purchased the year membership and feel with that commitment I should get free shipping on all orders. Overall I am very satisfied with the products and overall experience. Thank you

I mistakenly used the wrong shipping address for my package. Customer Service US was quick to reply to my email request and was able to update the address in time. I really appreciate the speedy reply and the accommodations made by the Beauty Pie Team!

As a new member, I have ordered twice and both orders were well packed and delivered on time. I’m pleased with the quality of the products and definitely recommend those who are on the fence to give it a try.

Initially I was concerned when I realized my order was being delivered by USPS as historically our post office has a poor delivery record. I was thrilled when my order arrived beautifully and thoughtfully packed with limited damage to the box exterior. I ordered several products and none have disappointed me. I’m glad I joined Beauty Pie! I’m looking forward to trying more products, improving my skin and the ambiance of my home with more candles and reed diffusers!

The concept is intriguing but I don’t like any company that doesn’t permit refunds, especially when it comes to skincare and it doesn’t matter how inexpensive that skincare is. I purchased a few items that I didn’t love and was disappointed to realize that they’re non-refundable. It was also uncomfortable how much this company encourages excessive spending. I had only had my products for one week before being promoted to buy more, and while I get that every company needs to make a profit, the grabbyness of it was off-putting. I ended up giving away 3 items and purchasing better stuff from a better known brand. The truth is that for all the cheapness of Beauty Pie, it really is just that - cheap. You get what you pay for.
