Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shipping service provided by the carrier. We do outline on site that orders with Standard Shipping take 7-10 working days to arrive. However, if members wish to receive their order more quickly, we have an express shipping option that takes 3-5 working days. Please be assured that we are looking to change delivery carriers in the future, it is just a case of logistics at this time as we are growing very quickly. I have of course passed your comments onto our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure that any delays are outlined to our Members wherever possible. In addition, I am concerned to hear that one of your products arrived damaged. If you could please email a photograph of this to [email protected], our Member Happiness Team will be able to raise this with our Quality Assurance Manager and organize a replacement.
