All in all Beauty Pie products are great and customer service has improved. One product that is useless is the Awesome Bronze. No matter what order I use it no results. Also, I would like advice on the skincare products and order that would be best for me but wasn't clear on what process to follow. Can you advise? Sharon

I was told that you get high quality for the price but I had to see and feel it, to believe it. I have been pleasantly surprised by everything I have tried, mainly in quality. I haven’t loved everything, mostly due to scents that I purchased online (you can’t always know what you are getting before smelling), but I can appreciate that they would be to someone’s taste and I think that is hard to find. I also found that colors online were a bit different from in person but that is also common, and none of them were so off that they were terribly upsetting. They appeared more nuanced online than in person but the quality was obviously there, and for the price, I am happy!

I didn't get the response from you when I sent an email. Only when I sent another email, asking when my ticket would be reviewed, did you respond. If you are only going to allow one promotion at a time, do not put a banner on your homepage stating if you buy 7 items you automatically get free shipping. Because I did not and I bought more than 7 items. Honestly, I think since this was your error, you could hand still honored it. Customer service is key to a business. I'm not a yearly member, only did the day pass, but if you really wanted my annual membership, you could have shown good faith and credited my shipping I paid.

I recently decided to give Beauty Pie a try, and I am so glad that I did. I am using (and loving) the Super Healthy Sleep oil, Triple Hyaluronic Acid, and Japanfusion. I like the SuperHealthy body cream, but it’s not quite the game changer that the others are. After only a few days of using the facial skin products, my husband noticed my skin “glowing” (his words, not mine)…haha, that’s a good enough endorsement for me! I cant wait to try some of the hair products and the makeup.

Each of the products I have tried have been wonderful. Love the prices!!

The shipping took a little longer than expected, but overall it was a good experience.
