I liked some products but not all, not sure as a whole it was worth the cost of the membership

I have been using Beauty Pie products for several years. I absolutely love every product that I have ordered. I have turned several friends into Beauty Pie regular customers. I love the products at beauty pie. I will always go back for the Über Volume Boost mascara - that is my absolute favorite!! I can't leave the house without it on. I do wish the products were more disability-friendly. I use the leave-in conditioner (it is wonderful), but sometimes I can't use it because my hands/fingers hurt too much to push down on the bottle. The Seven Oil Hair Elixir has a much easier opening.

I love these products especially Japan fusion and my foundation.. I love these whole concept of buying products with European standards in cosmetics and their prices are so good.. I’ve been with them for years now and have recommended to many.

The shipping continues to be challenging. I love BP products, but receiving them is another story. I wanted to give 3 stars b/c of shipping but I love it too much. I pay for 2-day. Get it in 3 days and I have to somewhat “plead” with customer service to refund the dollars spent on 2-day. They did so but rather reluctantly. My recent order I did 2-day shipping again. Now you can’t track it and no idea when it’ll be delivered. The reason I do 2-day BP takes about 8-10 days with free shipping.

Easy and fun to order … have always found products that would work for me. Of course the price … but most of all … products that are just as good if not better than the best brands.

I have been with the company since you launched and I LOVE every product. I have such a supply in the beauty corner of my bedroom I am running out of room. I may not purchase as often now but I buy new launches. I encourage everyone to buy Beauty Pie products. They are such a great discount for top quality products.
