All the products I ordered are great. It just took a little longer to get them. Customer service is excellent!

I liked the actual products, decent quality. The packaging of candle though was damaged… the exterior box wasn’t damaged so I don’t know why whoever packed this didn’t notice! I was annoyed because I intended to gift this item. Also delivery was not free and was pretty slow, that alone would put me off ordering again.

I am a new user of less than 2 weeks, and I absolutely love every product I have received. I am working through which ones I cannot use daily, but the quality and effectiveness are better than anything I've ever used. I have already purchased more! Really great value

So far, a genuinely good experience! I have been using the products for almost a week now so it is still a little early too say for sure, but I believe the Japan Fusion serum, Triple Hyaluronic cream, Uber Youth Super Serum, and the Super Healthy Skin cream are making a slight difference in the look and feel of my skin! They feel good going on and absorb well without any greasy feel. The value is excellent for the size and quality..
