I was gifted a yearly subscription for Mother's Day - lucky me! I have been trying out various combinations of products but I can honestly say that I am loving it all. The smell and texture of the products is wonderful and the packaging is delightful too. I am currently loving the Japanfusion Cleanser and the Happy Healthy Skin products which seem to perfectly suit my, nearly, over 60s skin. I very rarely bother leaving reviews but think everyone should get on board with Beauty Pie!

I could kick myself for not trying Beauty Pie sooner. It’s an all around satisfying experience. The products are affordable, arrive timely and the presentation is very nice. Everything I’ve ordered has been wonderful. The products themselves are amazing. I’m addicted.

I was worried when I received the beauty pie box. Quite a large portion was crushed on one side of the box. Fortunately, none of the products were damaged. It was packed really well.

Horrible customer service.
I received my items and some of them I liked and some of them I didn’t. When I requested a return it took five days for them to get back to me and when they did, they explained the return process which is very long and arduous and they basically don’t pay for shipping and don’t guarantee that they will take your products back. They don’t provide shipping labels or any convenience. I think this company has a long way to go before they have their operations in place. If they want to compete with Sephora or Ulta they will have to make significant changes to their business model.

We have had a look at your previous communications and can see that we were able to get back to your first returns query email the following day. As per our returns policy, we only accept returns that have been unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons, so if customers returned used products, we would not be able to credit them.
Unfortunately, at this moment, we are not able to provide returns labels, sorry for the inconvenience caused! We appreciate the feedback and please be assured that we are looking into different couriers for the future to be able to improve our customers' return experience!

Under eye genius IS genius
Shipping was SLOW.
Superluminous under eye genius IS genius. I have tried dozens of products to diminish my hereditary dark under eye circles. This works! Helps make the area brighter and less navy blue!
The wondercolour cream shadow stick is not very impressive - was hoping it was more like Laura Mercier’s caviar sticks which stay on ALL day & I use as a liner with a brush. This product, not as pigmented and does not stay on lid even with primer.
