Got my Beauty Pie products about 2 weeks ago and highly satisfied! •Triple Hyaluronic Eye Cream: already noticing the fading of the fine lines under my eye/crows feet •Healthy Skin~Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream: love the smell it goes on really smooth and feels real soft on my face •Super drops~10% Niacinimacide Serum: love using this serum after a BHA exfoliant as part of my PM routine •Super drops ~ Flash Face Lift: love using this serum with a vitamin C serum as part of my AM routine

Things I love about Beauty Pie: - Membership cost is low (especially when it got lower!) - Product cost is usually reasonable and allows you to try a lot of different products. - Good selection of skincare and make up items. - The emails are entertaining and informative. - They have an eye on being eco friendly with their packaging. - Customer service is friendly and helpful. Things Beauty Pie could improve: - Products go out of stock frequently or seem to never be available again, which is too bad if you really liked a product! (I'm looking at you, reservatrol capsules and vitamin C ampules!) - Some products could be packaged in a more eco friendly way that is easier to recycle - larger amount of products, not in tubes or with pumps. How to recycle is not written on the product packaging itself. Please team up with Terracycle to help recycle some of this stuff! - The last time I contacted Customer Service, the wait time was unusually long - a few days.

I really like the products I've gotten for my face, but was not thrilled with the perfume I ordered. I contacted them immediately to return, which I was then told after days I was unable to do so, even though it falls well within their 14 day return policy. I'm not sure how you can offer products online with no way for customers to return or even exchange for other product. Really disappointing.

Great products! I love the triple hyaluronic acid. It allows me to put makeup over it regardless of the slight stick texture.
