Loving the products so far and you can’t beat the prices!

This is my first time using Beauty Pie. I am very impressed with the quality of products and ingredients. My skin concern is keeping my skin as youthful as possible in my mid-forties, and so far these products fit the bill without the high price tag that I am used to paying for skincare products. I really love their retinol 3% product. I use this every other day when I am not using my prescription tretinion. I also love their triple hyaluronic acid moisturizer. I am super impressed with this company's products and lovely packaging. Repeat customer here!

The only thing I would change is the shipping vendor. DHL is extremely slow and my beautiful pink box usually arrives very beat up, dented, mangled.

I love BPs cosmetics. They have great ingredients and great prices. I don't feel the same way about their makeup especially the powder eyeshadow. I'm older so I like more subtle look but the last shadow had no color payoff at all. I threw the last pallette out. Their shipping is always quick. Everything is packed well and neatly wrapped. I get excited when I see my package has arrived. The box and tissue paper are classy as are all of the containers for both makeup and cosmetics. Simple but classic. I really like how the membership payment has changed. Since prices are going up everywhere (including BP) it is a nice break. My only irritation is what is going to happen to the almost 4,000 points I had accumulated the years before the membership payment changed? I'm sure I'm not the only person that is wondering about this. Again, I love Beauty Pie, how it works and it's offerings. They are always coming up with new, interesting products. Keep up the good work BP!

Amazing quality product, good prices, shipping was slow, packaging was ok.

The products I am using so far have been great. The customer service is spectacular. I had a broken ampoule and they rectified the situation very quickly. I was very impressed.

The cleanser makes your pores really small and that's great I like all three products
