Sorry to say, your packaging is ridiculous. It may not be plastic, thankfully, but I've had tiny items shipped in large cumbersome boxy containers. Please minimize. And the shipping charges make me wish I hadn't ordered anythng!

Most of their products are great! I would recommend, though putting instructions more clearly on the bottles rather than just packaging.

Unfortunately we've been on the receiving end of higher product costs from our suppliers, our shippers, our warehouses, our safety testing houses etc, we’ve managed to keep membership prices the same. But we are seeing product pricing inflation and just want to reiterate that our MISSION is to deliver luxury quality beauty at prices so good even a splurge is a steal. We’re doing everything we can (while operating a sustainable business) to do that for you every day. The bottle was not fully filled. The fragrance is so overwhelming that it gave me a headache and it's def not moisturizing.

I think some of the items are high quality and some are very low quality. I hate the pricing structure as it isn’t really representative of the quality of most products. I laugh when I get the comment that I have saved $1800 on my orders! No I haven’t! The truth is that I would never spend that amount of money on beauty items. Ever.
