My order was delivered in perfect condition. All products included. The hair serum and hair mask were new additions to my beauty pie products and they are wonderful. I have had many compliments on my hair and have only had the products for a few weeks.

I took advantage of a free shipping promotion and purchased some items I've had my eye on for a while. The shipping was fast and I was able to find everything that I wanted to buy without any issues.

I love this product. Easy to apply and as long as I use it regularly it helps keep my hands looking youthful! Thanks

Beauty Pie’s products are excellent quality, and so is their customer service. I’ve been a member for 4 years now and I’ve been impressed with everything I’ve ever ordered.

Waiting 3 weeks for order and no response from customer service yet. Order tracking went from providing a date to an “order not found” message. Frustrating.

Thank you for leaving your honest review, I am so sorry for any disappointment caused with your order as this certainly isn't the usual service with deliveries. I had a look into your order and can see this was lost in transit unfortunately, however our team has replaced the items for you. I hope you are enjoying your products! If you do have any future issues with your tracking, do reach out to our Member Happiness team at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to investigate this for you. Sincerely, Ivy at Beauty Pie

LOVE this Super Healthy Skin hot oil double cleansing balm. I hate when I wash my face and it feels tight and dry afterwards. I am 59 and had oily skin my whole life, less so now that I am older. This hot oil balm feels great while it's on my skin and after I wash it off. I've been using it for 6 months and have been getting compliments about my skin.

I was sincerely skeptical for months but wanted something for my face to feel supple like it used to. Youth bomb combined with the sunscreen is the lift I needed
