I was mostly disappointed by a cumbersome process of interacting with with customer service. Also, product I received was only filled half way. I was so tired dealing with an inconsistent communication, that I didn’t even bother to inform customer care of this disappointing fact. I do like the pink box and tissue. The unwrapping process feels nice and girly. And I am a huge fan of MK as I recognize her many talents as a business person.

I love beauty pie so much!!! However, this website is horrible and needs to be updated. Two experiences that happened to me today exemplify this problem. First, for some reason every time that I log into my beauty pie account it tells me that my password is incorrect. I make sure that I am correctly logging in on the United States website as I have been told by customer service that this can sometimes be the problem. However, it still makes me change the password to a new one. Second, another problem that I’ve noticed when I placed this order and on my past orders this season is that the website is very slow. When I’m trying to look at different shades of lipstick it took several minutes to select a new color.

Everything is always amazing

I have loved BP since I tried my very first product (I have so many I don't even remember what my first product was). I have always had great experiences with customer service (although it is rare that I need to call because BP makes sure all of their orders are dispatched correctly and with great care). This most recent experience was also good, or ended well- just a tiny snafu with the shipping. My order was so big that it was shipped in 2 of their largest boxes (they were both full, ha!) and only one tracking number was provided so that when the first box arrived days before the second and was marked "delivered" by the post office, I was alarmed that the 2nd half of my order was lost. When I called, the CS agent did inform me that BP was currently updating their shipping practices in order to send out the 2nd (or more) tracking numbers to the customer with the shipping confirmation email, but that for now, customers had to call to get them. She was so nice and helpful and set me at ease, and my 2nd parcel did arrive 2 days later. I am looking forward to the update which will allow BP to send all tracking information to the overzealous customers such as myself. :)

I have been a Beauty Pie member for the last year. I don’t wear make up so I can’t speak to their make up line. But I do take very good care of my skin and have tried many of their products over the last year. I can honestly say that the vast majority of them worked better than any of the department store products I’d used for decades. Their skin care is superb. Their prices are impossible to beat for the quality of their products. I do not hesitate to try new things as they introduce them. The sizes are quite generous. As a retired woman on a fixed income, Beauty Pie simply can’t be beaten for value and superior quality. The only thing that I think could use improvement is the shipping which seems to take about a week to get from their facility to my home. The tracking their shipper uses doesn’t work all that well, if at all. The I’ve done it often enough to know that it takes about a week. Other than the time it take to ship, I have absolutely no complaints, only compliments.

I've enjoyed trying some really terrific products for really great prices. I've enjoyed learning about ABC-SPF. It's been a bit difficult trying to figure out what 'popular' products the BP products are similar to... so I could do additional research on what might work for me.

I was shopping after watching one of the Beautypie Instagram lives and once I went to the website, it only took a couple of clicks to find the products I wanted since they were all curated in the What’s New section of the site. I picked up 2 of the unlipstick colors and the models with different skin tones helped me make the color selections and I am delighted with my choices. I typically never shop for something like this online. The entire shopping experience was snappy and I’ve always been very satisfied with my purchases.
