Everything arrived quickly, protectively packaged and just what I ordered. Been a fan since BP first appeared on IG for US shoppers. While I've seen prices increase over time thus causing me to cut back on experimenting with an array of skin care and makeup products, I remain faithful to my staples in both categories.

Wanted to return an item in my order, emailed BP as directed, never heard back. Have emailed 3 times asking for a return and refund due to a strong odor in a product that I don’t like and nobody has replied to my email. Horrible, non-resistant customer service. I purchased 5 or 6 items and this bad customer service means I will not be purchasing again.

Your products always go out of stock with no return date. Products I love disappear without notice. Shipping for members used to be free. And now it’s a minimum, which honestly makes me order less

Been a member for many years. Love all the skincare so much! I love some of the makeup (liquid eyeliner, tubing mascara) but it's been hard to find other makeup colors that I like.
