This product didn’t work. I have extremely dark under eyes and this product didn’t do much for me.

Hi Krysta, Thank you for leaving a review on your recent purchase! Our Superluminous Under Eye Genius is best used a little at a time (it's super concentrated) and followed by a concealer/foundation. We hope this helps! Sincerely, Amber

Products were good quality for the price when I first became a member. Now each time I go to place an order, each item jumps quite a bit in price. Each and every time! I used to be able to place orders with several products and my total would average $80. I was paying For same products, I’m spending average $180. They’re probably still a bit cheaper than your average department store beauty counter, but, you have to pay for shipping and wait an average of 10 days for your order to be delivered from time of placing order. I am going to start phasing these out and experimenting with a different affordable brand I can find locally.

Hi Jamie, It's great to hear you find our products quality for the price (that's our goal!). Unfortunately we are not immune to inflation however we are confident that we continue to produce top quality products with a minimal markup. For instance a typical markup after manufacture is 12-15x, we aim for 2.5x - this includes legal, shipping, warehouse, packaging etc. We hope this helps shed a little light on our process and please make sure to check your email for a special offer! Sincerely, Amber

I really enjoyed receiving extra discounts my first order. That alone may cause me to be a return customer. The fast delivery was a plus!
