Great products, great packaging and quick shipping

Beauty Pie is great fun. I live where skin care is not exactly accessible so I appreciate the options available and the reviews too. I esp. liked when you put together your kits as that made it easy to cover all the bases. Fun to see the new products as they are added to the mix as well.

Difficulty ordering. Advertised discount (for membership) would not be recognized. Found out later there was a minimum spending amt that wasn't listed on page. Also wish I had been aware that makeup products that had been tried are not returnable (Sephora, Ulta, etc take them back). The foundation I bought is the wrong color and settled into my pores. I wouldn't know this unless I tried it and once I did I was out the product price. The lipstick was okay. Will never shop here again.

Amazing product!! I luv it!

Absolutely zero customer service. No communication about when to expect the order. It arrived and I filled out an online form to process a return over two weeks ago and never received communication in response (I checked junk mail folder daily just in case). I wouldn't purchase from them again. Regarding the products, they are mediocre. I would rather pay more from a reputable company with customer service.
