Love the products and the packaging. Shipping time is disappointing however.

I have been a member for over a year and have not previously had a need to contact customer service, recently I received order that was missing one item, and I wanted to return the other two. I followed the instructions that said someone would be back to me within 48 hours today. They still haven’t heard about my missing item and I still have not received authorization to return the two unused items despite it being over a week. Their products are great. Customer service is severely lacking and disappointing.

I bought the super healthy skin ultimate anti aging cream it is very smooth and creamy but my skin felt dry 30 minutes after application.
