I have been a member of Beauty Pie for about 6 months now. I have ordered many items and have not been disappointed with any item. I like that I receive emails letting me know when new products are available or products are back in stock. Everything comes well packaged in that beautiful pink box! I can tell you that the customer service is one of THE best experiences I have ever had with any company. They were prompt in responses, professional, and most of all patient and understanding. And I would like to add that the issue I was having was on my end. I was unable to log on to the website due to multiple errors on my side of the pond!

Customer service agent Yukon replied promptly & reshipped my order that USPS returned for insufficient address when the correct address was on the box. I was very pleased & couldn’t have asked for better service.

Every product I have tried is an improvement over what I was using before and I am a skincare junkie. I really enjoy all the education that Beauty Pie provides, from the Sunday chats with Marcia to the regular emails regarding new products and product updates.
