I’ve purchased many products. The products are good but customer service is nonexistent. I paid for expedited shipping because I know their shipping is not terribly dependable. It’s been a week and it still has not been shipped. Emails and texts go unanswered. Save yourself money and aggravation and purchase product from a reputable company. After this arrives I am finished. Update 2/3 Ivy did send me an email. However she try to explain the shipping delay but she will not address why they were 3 days late dispatching my order. An order that was placed 8am on January 30th and today Friday 2/3 5 days later my package had not been picked up by ups. I paid over $30 for a guaranteed delivery between 3-5days. Also they did not reply to every email or 1 phone call or 1 text. Deceptive at best. Ivys email was thoughtful it was NICE to get a response but clearly they care much more about the on line review than actual customer service to its members. I am filing claims with BBB and reporting to other online review sites today. It’s unacceptable that they believe they are doing a competent job. Also I checked with UPS and their guidelines for 3-5 delivery IF UPS had received the package on Monday is Friday however it was Wednesday when they actually received the package. UPS also confirmed that the charge for my package not date certain delivery is $11.75 why are members being charged $30 plus??

The delivery is still within our 3-5 business day timeframe for express shipment in the USA, however there may be a delay within the updates on the tracking link itself.
