From the packaging to the products....I loved everything. Only negative would be the illuminating wand comes out too much, and the under eye doesn't work well with other products it crumbles on skin, but alone I do like it.

Your chat bot goes back to same questions, spits out an unrelated issue, keeps you on hold for someone to join the chat and then get an auto message that it needs to go to email. Just send to email and save your customers time until the bot is better configured.
