Love most of tte products, I just wish they had a personal consultant that I could work with. I swear by the vitamin C serum and love the Dr Glycolic (which I would never have thought of unless it was a freebie!!!). The cleansing oil to milk is fabulous!

The delivery process has improved tremendously. It used to take any where between 2-3 weeks to receive my order. Now it is taking about a week or slightly longer but never two weeks.

The products are great HOWEVER customer service needs help. I wish there was an actual phone number you can get someone on the phone right away. Also returns - you cant return a product after you try it? How do you know if it agrees with your skin. That's wasting money if you cant return it. I bought a concealer that is too matte for me so now im stuck with it. The prices are great. Not sure if I will keep the membership Still on the fence.
