After my recent cancer diagnosis, I decided to clean out my makeup vanity and switch to "cleaner" and safer products. I did my due diligence and researched EACH and EVERY cosmetic I had. My previous setting spray was apparently "toxic". Then I found THIS setting spray and I just want to say I love this product! It smells great when you spray it on. The packaging looks so feminine and girly. The packaging itself smells amazing. Most importantly it'll keep my body free from harmful toxic ins. Thank you for making this product!

I enjoy your site's interface- it's easy to navigate although I had a challenge looking for colognes because they are under the heading of "CANDLES". I think you could rename that as "FRAGRANCES" or "Scents for Home and Body". Every time I send a message to Customer Service, I get a response and typically resolution comes within a few short days. I feel like my messages do not go into some black hole. Your product offerings are appealing to me as a consumer and I find that you offer value as well as quality. I like that you don't describe your products targeted at the 50-somethings as "anti-aging" because while we are all resisting the inevitable, we don't necessarily need to have our products labeled that way. ;-) I am comfortable in my age of 58 but I don't mind taking good care of my skin to lessen or slow down nature. I have stumbled on a few products that are not my favorites but I keep coming back for others and have quite a few on REPEAT reorder: *Shine Up lip crayons *Wondergloss- collagen lip oils-have multiple shades! *Complexion Overhaul ampoules- LOVE love these- 3rd reorder already *Niacinamide serum *Vitamin C capsules- luxurious! *Hair Oil - wonderful salon feeling hair *Japanfusion cleanser- very spa-like feeling! *Flash False mascara is one of my favorites- the brush size is really perfect *Triple HA serum for undereye- 3rd reorder I also like the refillable concept to be more environmentally aware.

I only like the niacinamide drops out of three products. The wonderfilter lends an unnatural sheen, and the peptide cream has a sticky texture. I use it at night, hope it maybe helps.

I contacted customer service regarding missing products from my order. A customer service representative reached out to fix the problem, and I received the missing items about a month after my initial order. I was glad to finally receive the remainder of my order, however I would recommend providing a tracking number when shipping missing items. Perhaps provide expedited shipping as well.
