Product arrived in a timely manner and very well packaged. Everything appears to be and smell authentic. I had even reached out prior to ordering my first time, just to double check on their return policy, and I received the same answer that you will find published on their website, but it was followed by a actual answer from a person which just shows their commitment to customer service.

1 star for the way customer service has handled my complaint. I purchased 60 bottles from 6 different online fragrance vendors and I had 1 issue and it was with the order I placed with beautyliv. I emailed them with pics of the bottle bar code not matching the one on the box. Mind you this was an order 6 perfumes and i only had an issue with this one. I would've expected a different reply and they dont have a customer service phone number. All sounds pretty shady to me. Check out beautyliv's reply: Email reply: Hi Paul, The Christian Dior Dior Homme Eau de Toilette 1.7 oz is also 100% authentic guaranteed just like the other fragrances you received. Absolutely NO dilutions, imitations, or knockoffs. And also, provided the documents that prove the products are genuine and authentic and that Beautyliv LLC has the rights to act as a reseller. In addition, we also said that we can accept your return and issue a refund in case the information and documents don't still satisfy you. We always do all our duties to satisfy our customers.
