I really wanted to love this perfume - but NOT!! A pretty bottle indeed. Pretty coloring and all. HOWEVER, the fragrance, horrible. The thing that infuriates me is the filler musk that these higher end fragrance companies mix in. This perfume is 99 percent musk and 1 percent floral and gourmand!! The very first usage has about 40 percent of the beautiful notes and then ended in musk. Well after that, when I take off the top, musk hits me right in the nose. And spray it on and it is 99 percent musk. All the way to the finish. I am soooo disappointed I did not get a sample. So many great reviews and it is nothing of the sort. This is a cheap fragrance in a fancy bottle for a gouging price tag!! I work hard searching for a completely musk-free fragrance. If any part is musk, it ALWAYS dominates.

We could not find any order under your name and email address. When we looked up your profile on Trustpilot, we realized that you are not also a real customer of the other 4 businesses, you are clearly a bot account to defame and hurt businesses. If you were a real customer of our business, we would love to assist you just like we do for all our customers.

Just going to change the matter to neutral. I have been unable to confirm why a claim cannot be filed with usps so for now this rating will change.

Dear Erik, We shipped your order to the address you provided at the checkout and USPS successfully delivered your package in 4 days. After that, you reached out to us and said, ''I didn't receive my package''. Then, we got in touch with the shipping carrier and filed a claim for the package. According to USPS's findings, they confirmed that the carrier delivered your package to your address. To satisfy our customer, we did all our duties that needed to be done from our side. Thank you for your understanding Sincerely, BeautyLIV

Was looking for Fantasquatic Mugler, BeautyLiv was the best price offered online. Was hesitant at first, but ordered it anyhow. We had few storms past months so my package arrived half way leaked and broken. I reached out to their customer service, they offered me 15 refund, I asked for a "good" replacement bottle, they honored it! Replacemnt Bottle arrived safe and sound. Scent despite being a tester, lasts 12 hours on my skin just what i expected.....this shop is super legit and this place now is my new fragrance shop going forward! Thank you for a wondering purchae experience!
