BeautylishReviews of beautylish.com

I have no concerns when ordering from Beautylish. Over the years I have received excellent products that arrived wrapped for protection as well as a lovely presentation so that it feels like I'm opening a gift. The products they sell are typically high end and/or reliable brands of excellent quality; I've discovered some wonderful products that I may not have known about otherwise and have been pleased. It's nice to know that if there was an issue I could contact them for a solution, but I have not had the need to do so.

I have been a Beautylish customer for many years and I absolutely enjoy the fact that being a Beautylish customer is truly an experience-they truly offer the best and most beautifully curated product and brand selections. The Beautylish Team is exceptional and they are always happy to help with any needs you have; whether it's a question about a product, curating a skincare regimen, and much more. You receive personalized service. The service you receive with ordering is top notch-should you need to effect a return, they make it very easy and you will get an individual response. If you are dissatisfied with a product, or in the event that something arrives with an imperfection(which is very rare because of the time and care they take) they will take steps to send you a new one. The site is easy to navigate per new arrivals, product type and brand; Beautylish also offers Flex Pay(which allows you to pay for your order in 3 payments) and also accepts Afterpay. Most definitely recommend! -Souhaila E

Always super fast shipping. Really good customer service. The only thing I don't know is since I've never have to return anything or any issue with my order I don't know about that side of customer service. Super happy with it, wish more brands are on it.

Shipped quickly and wrapped beautifully.

Excellent as always! Items are packed with great care so that everything arrives safely and unbroken.

My five stars are for the following reasons: 1. They had all the products. 2. They have a reasonable minimum amount for free delivery all the way to the UAE. 3. I had some trouble at the payment gateway. Customer service sorted it swiftly. 4. Despite the trouble at the payment gateway, the products arrived in 3 days time. I will definitely buy again. Thank you for a great experience.

The site is easy to navigate, I received my order quickly, and they packed it in a lovely way. For reference: I've been pleased with the products and experience of my four or five orders to date.

Beautylish is an easy to use site with a great selection of beauty, skin, and hair care products. I would love to see more advice/info on the site. However, this is hands-down my favorite beauty site. I love when they include photos of both light and dark skinned people with the same cosmetic sampled. Makes it a lot easier to choose colors on line.
