Top! Excellent products (I ordered some brushes from Sonia G), fast order processing and delivery. I was really pleasantly surprised how quick the ordered products has been delivered to Germany.

Excellent experience

Beautylish could teach other companies how to provide excellent customer service. I've always had phenomenally wonderful customer service with Beautylish. Responses to emails have been prompt and very helpful. Resolutions have been very satisfactory. The assistance I received from Briana on 09.13.2022, was prompt, professional, and resolved my concern. Over the years, I have outreached several Beautylish representatives and each has provide top customer service. I am surprised that American Business Awards has not yet recognized Beautylish as a Gold Stevie Winner for the ABA Annual Customer Service Awards. They should.

I would give 5 stars if you would stop using FedEx to ship because they make your company look bad with their horrible delivery system that VERY often causes the packages to be delivered late. I used to get my orders within 2 to 3 days, but that hasn't happened in FOREVER. They show no care, concern, or professionalism & it makes you look as if you don't care either when you use them. You are absolutely a 5 star company otherwise!!!

I thoroughly appreciate the assistance I receive during a recent return. The young lady was very responsive and very accommodating, and made it really easy for me to return and repurchase the desired item. I even ended up with a credit on the account… What a bonus! I told her because of her and Beautylish’s customer service, this is what makes us loyal (and repeat) customers!

I would give Beautylish 10 stars if it was an option. They have an amazing selection of items, offer flexible payment options, and have world class customer service. I love that you can sign up for notifications on items that are out of stock and for notifications on new launches. I wish more companies were like Beautylish.

I recently purchased the new Sonia G bronzer brush. As usual, I am impressed with the prompt service and quick delivery. I also love my new brush. 5/5
