I made an order almost a month ago and still they haven’t shipped the package. Tracking says Data received since 5th of October!!! Customer service says it’s “normal”. I’m sorry but this is not normal. To let a customer wait this long for a package! I’ll request my money back via Paypal, this is a joke!

Great experience. I have access to some brands via Beautylish that are not available in Europe. I pay the import tax plus shipping at checkout so no surprises at delivery. Thanks Beautylish
