I've only ordered from Beautylish once, but I'd definitely do it again. I bought makeup (a highlighter and a blush palette) and they wrapped them in nicely, so they wouldn't shatter. Delivery time is reasonable, considering I live in Denmark + you can pay duties beforehand, so your package won't end up with customs, which is a huge plus for me! They're also up-to-date with the newest beauty releases, which is great if you quickly want to get your hands on newly launched things from the US and you live in Europe. I highly recommend Beautylish!

Beautylish offers some brands that are difficult to find elsewhere, which I love about. But what makes them stand apart from other beauty retailers is their OUTSTANDING customer service. They respond to your concerns promptly and help you out as best as they can. Also, I really appreciate the emails that I get from the co-founder, informing his customers about what to look out for. It's nice to get a heads up on wonderful products that are about to be launched. I just sense that they value their customers and their business.

love this shop, get most of the top beauty brands and ability to pay in instalments for those expensive must have items, Customer Service is top notch too.

I live in germany but nevertheless they delivered within of 7 days!! highly recommended!!! i will buy more times. ps: no problem with customs duty.

I live in Denmark and ordered some jeffree star products from beautylish, as I had some really bad experiences with the uk company beautybay. Beautylish offers free shipping (for Denmark) when you order over 50$ and they take care of customs for you (you pay it when you order), so you dont have to pay the custom taxes + handling taxes in Denmark - so you pay a smaller amount for the customs in total and they use a local currier - mine was Bring, which is excellent delivery service. I ordered around black friday, so I think my order took a little bit longer then it otherwise would have, but it still arrived pretty fast, under 14 days, which is amazing, ( 14 days from the US, and beautybay which is located in the UK took 2 MONTHS to deliver) - The packaging was cute, excellent and personal - Loved the whole experience, will try again.

I have ordered a few items from Beautylish and I couldn't be happier with... everything. The products arrive in good time, and might I add that they are so beautifully packaged with a hand written note from the packer. It makes receiving your package a real treat. Also if you have any questions while shopping the customer service instant chat is a great idea and very helpful. I will buy from Beautylish again.
