Disappointed with lack of samples
Love the speed of delivery and variety of products but I was very disappointed that I got no samples at all! I expect more especially since I had just a week ago placed a big order and even with that order got only a tiny cleansing balm sample. I guess question would be why should o buy from you when other websites offer much better samples and loyalty programs?
