Beautylish has THÉ BEST customer service I have EVER received hands down! They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced in or trained to satisfy/satisfying every customer with the utmost respect and kindness. I have spoken with the customer service many times..... mostly regarding them sending me my full order perfectly, but sent me the order twice! At a complete financial loss for them, I wanted to be honest and return the products. The representatives explained that because they try to guarantees their delivery times through FedEx… So when a shipping label is created but has not been picked up by FedEx that day, they automatically create a new shipping label and begin the whole process again of sending the products out to me- ENSURING I receive my order on time EVERY-TIME! To me that is above and beyond what any service is required to do. They financially take losses willingly, to ensure customer satisfaction.

I love beautylish, their international shipping is free with 36 dollars! Only thing is I wish it came faster, usually takes 1 week and a half.

In my humble experience & opinion, no other company compares to Beautylish’s level of excellence & customer service. I’ll shop with them 1st for as long as I’m able!
