I'm absolutely blown away that it's taken me until now to discover Beautylish. So many products I can't get from UK based sites at better prices, free UK Shipping (expedited is free over $100 I believe), split payments AND you pay customs charges upfront! I received two eyeshadow palettes 3 working days after placing my order, wrapped individually in bubble wrap, then paper and a bow keeping them together in wrapping and a sticker custom to the brand I'd purchased. The parcel was packed just right so that the products wouldn't move around but they weren't held too rigidly in place so they'd shatter. They were received in absolutely perfect condition! Oh, and even with customs charges, I paid less than purchasing from a well known UK company who always seem to be out of stock... Thanks, Beautylish!

good product choice

Usually don't have an issue but I do not have a tracking number or shipping confirmation after 2 days when others are receiving their products already.. I do not understand. The only other problem I had in the past was receiving the wrong shade and being stuck with it. *EDIT: I had a problem with the checkout section of the site where I chose one thing but it was different in the cart (I theorize that this happens when something is limited quantity/out of stock which is extremely common on the site) but I didn't notice it until much later when I opened the box* I also do not like the fact that nobody can tell me what is happening or what my status is and when I should be receiving my items. **EDIT: There should never EVER be any reason or excuse to go 4 business days without sending someone a shipping email. When there is a HUGE launch yall need to make sure to have more than enough labor scheduled to work round the clock in order to properly fulfill orders for your customers. "Fast" delivery(free over $35)is one of the most important things to your customers and it is what you guys are known for and is the main why people buy from you. If your company starts slipping people will go elsewhere. Also your customer service members need to learn how to actually answer the questions that they are asked by customers point blank instead of giving regurgitated responses. We like to know exactly what is going on.

Very good shopping experience. Shipping is very quick. Enjoyed the products purchased from them. The reason I’m giving 3 star because of the customer service. While chatting about a return I have experienced them hanging up all on a sudden. Their return service is not good also. It takes awful 2 or 3 business weeks to get your money back which is really frustrating. But overall if you are so sure about the product you purchase and you are not gonna return it and if you don’t have to deal with the customer care then of course it is a great place to shop.

Excellent 5 stars! Lots of great products that I can't get in the UK. Good value for money shipping & ability to pay fees upfront, which is great. Plus flexible payments are really handy for a large order. And, I one that everything comes individually hand wrapped, such lovely attention to detail & well packaged.
