This was the second order in a row that I placed with Beautylish that was reported as delivered but not received. Beautylish customer service was amazing & shipped out a replacement order, but I am a bit hesitant to place any future orders. I believe the issue lies with the carrier. I live in a safe, secluded street & in both instances other packages from other carriers were delivered & received on the same day as my Beautylish orders so I don’t think theft is at issue. I enjoy shopping with Beautylish & love their brand selection, but again I’m a bit reluctant to place any future issues.
