There is always a sample in my orders, I wish there would be a choice on the samples we get. I think this is reasonable for the amount of money people spend on the site.

Beautylish can't handle popular launches. They're normally great if you're buying something normal, but Beautylish sell a number of exclusive lines such as Wayne Goss & Sonia G. They allow customers to pre-order yet they don't limit their purchases nor advertise this. As a result, the recent Sonia G launch sold out within minutes and their site glitched badly, while some people were able to grab doubles or triples, then later on attempt to sell them for 3X the price. Horrible practice. Beautylish needs to make it clear how we can pre-order and limit new launch purchases per person.

Beautylish is the BEST! I'm in Western Canada and every order I've ever put in I've received 24 hours later ... that's AMAZING!!! Everything is beautifully wrapped and if ever there was a question or concern they make it right! Ive been purchasing from Beautylish for the past 5-6 years and will continue!
