Absolutely loved it

I bought the Jeffrey star mystery bags and thought the value was amazing, however I'm incredibly frustrated frustrated that we are getting sent the same exact mystery bag in multiples when we order multiple bags at once. Will likely order more in the future if that is fixed.

For years I have been shopping with Beautylish outside US in EU and my overall experience has been nothing but bad. I have spent thousands in goods on the site and often I wait for months to get them. Can’t count the times I have begged them to use another shipping option, offered to pay myself for it, as for such expensive goods this is unacceptable, but they always push me back. My latest experience is with a brush. I waited from April to June, they finally declared it as lost and sent it again. I still don’t have it. It is somewhere on the road for another 2 months- 4 months for a single brush. They went so far as to tell me there were situations when things even delayed got to me, so no gesture, no checking: Wait lady! And if I offer such a bad service, I would never let such words as “there were situations” (as if I was to blame 3 months after an order and a refund something popped up) slip my CS team’s keyboards. As far as I can remember, 2 years ago once they gave me a voucher for a discount. Because I was nice enough to pay them back for goods they refunded me for and I received. How many people would actually be as nice and honest? In all other situations they have not compensated me in any way for the tens of emails, calls and lost time they caused me. I have never had such an awful experience with any other retailer or brand!

Fun purchase, decent value for money especially if you don’t have many JS products. I paid $105AUD and got the Blood lust palette, 2 velour liquid lipsticks (bronze and maroon), 2 lipglosses (salmon pink and a clear glittery one), root beer lip scrub, cavity single pressed pigment, mirror and skin frost (green). I think if you’re purchasing from the US where there’s more stock, you’re likely to get more popular products. From the reviews, people got the Thirsty palette, money or orgy and the limited edition skin frosts. Thankfully I didn’t get any duplicates of things I already have (except for cavity single which I already have in the Blood Sugar palette) but the colours of products I received did feel like leftovers, or items that didn’t sell…

This was my first experience with Beautylish. Shipping was incredibly fast. The value of the box exceeded my expectations and the packaging was gorgeous.
