I am relatively new to makeup and Beautylish. Having heard great things about Beautylish customer service, I reached out to the Beautylish team to ask their advice on various makeup products and brushes. I was very impressed! The people I spoke to were knowledgable, patient and seemed highly motivated to answer my questions. They went as far as sending me more detailed colour swatches than were on the website and these clarified my understanding of various products and allowed me make better selections than I would have without the additional photos. Once my purchase arrived it was evident that I made the right decisions due to the guidance of the customer support staff. There was an issue with one of my new brushes, and when I contacted Beautylish, it was immediately resolved in a friendly and professional manner. I am extremely pleased with my experiences with this company so far. I plan to make more purchases in the future and I am confident that I will be good hands.
