Not only is the Customer Service from Beautylish outstanding (I ordered one day, and had my purchase the next day--and I live in Canada!), but these brushes are everything I'd hoped they'd be. I'm not a makeup artist, just someone who is trying to fight the aging process with everything I've got, so my obsession with Rae Morris techniques led me to these brushes. Soft like no other, and what she says about point technology is true--I have similar shaped brushes from other brands, and they splay out when applying product and after cleaning. These do not. Unfortunately for my bank account, I will likely continue to by these until I have everything :)
